We need it to generate sound decisions and move effectively throughout our day. 9) Eat right. Along with getting quality rest, it is important to eat a healthy diet. Too much sugar and caffeine can create not only a physical crash but a difficult one too. 10) Choose to be happy. You aren't going being happy in your life if that you do not decide to be. Happiness won't just descend upon you 24/7. It requires making conscientious choices in your own life.
